Dream Catcher

Walking deep into our new property in the Berkshires, 800 feet of it, into the depths of the forest, I found an authentic dream catcher. It is of the no-frills kind, without the fancy spiderweb criss-crossing you see on the ear-ring variety, but it is naturally grown, and on a gigantic scale. It makes you think it can catch more than 50 dreams simultaneously, and there would still be enough room to catch Uncle Theo’s overblown fantasies when he was a boy. You might think its filter action is impaired because of the large gauge of the net, but think of the advantage of keeping only the substantial ones, and letting dreamlets flit where they want?
